Perhaps, but at some point the user will always have to know _something.
Note that in Windows the default user is also an administrator. I don't
know enough about Windows to know whether you can delete system files
from this account, but I do know enough to know that it gives you
_plenty of other ways to render the system unusable.
So, while I agree that it would be great if Ubuntu was better than it is
(duh), I don't think that this particular behavior makes any difference.
