Can you or anybody indicate a bootable external (preferly USB) hard drive (make and model ) that can be used in Linux ?. I could include this information in some sites.

Stored in https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot/ExternalHardDisk
You can review and correct it (i.e. specially if when you talk about Ubuntu you talk about the Ubuntu Live Cd; I think when you talk about the main hard drive you talk about the -internal- Win XP hard disk).
