In a moment of inattention, I have allowed automatic system update to "upgrade" Firefox on my Ubuntu 8.04 to 3.xx. Like many others, I find it necessary to roll it back to the last 2.xx available for Ubuntu. What is the proper procedure to do that (and to prevent any future attempts of the system to "upgrade" Firefox?) TIA, Nik N.
