Opening unknown filetypes from Firefox: KDE users please confirm

That is why I asked what the behaviour in Windows is. I do not have
access to a Windows computer at home.

I will look through that bug, thanks. My initial search did not find it.

I understand your point. I will trust you that the bug is upstream at
Mozilla, however, I am still of the opinion that it is the distro's
responsibility to ensure that all included software works together.
Even if there is an upstream reason for that not bing the case. I will
go through Launchpad and Bugzilla now that I have more information and
I am certain that the issue affects not only me.

Thanks. I always know that problems are on their way to being solved
whenever I see that you have replied :)
