Totem does not use the w32codecs because it can play most formats
natively, using the gstreamer framework.
Installing libdvdcss2 (from the Medibuntu repository) lets Totem
somewhat play commercial DVDs, but Totem unfortunately still has no DVD
menu support, hence it will only play part of the DVD. VLC, Xine, GXine,
and Ogle are good DVD players that also support DVD menus. All require
libdvdcss2 to support commercial DVDs.
