NNTP accelerator?

Apparently, many ISP's, at least in the states,
throttle NNTP traffic so as to allow more throughput
on http. In windows, I was able to use an accelerator
to get around this throttle. I searched in the SPM and
came up empty handed. Is there an NNTP accelerator
available for U 7.10?
