I have the same exact card on my ubuntu working just perfectly.

When i first plugged it into my machine, ubuntu detected it, but it
didnt have any drivers (i used dmesg to see if it was detecting it or
not).

I tried using the ndiswrapper several times with no prevail. They
offered guides, but none of them worked.

so i googled some drivers for it and came across this site:
http://www.jooz.net/rndis

The newer drivers have a bug which renders ubuntu unusable, so i just
use the older drivers (the third one from the top on the old section)
and they work just fine.
