Thanks for your feedback and the hints !

@Johan: 
Well, it's only my personal notebook and I wouldn't restrict the/this
font to me only ;-)
So /usr/shr/fonts/truetype seems the correct location !
Will place it there !!

@Rich:
Cool hint the refresh of the cache ! ;-)
