Well first off, only send plain text emails. Mostly because some email
clients (like ones that are used over telnet) cant handle html code.

secondly, download a program called "Wubi". This program does not
require any cd at all and will download and install ubuntu directly from
the internet.

This program may take some time to install depending on your connection
speed.
