Ubuntu vs. Kubuntu ... just one!

    The simplest is to not stop at the step where you login. I have no 
reason to protect the computer from my wife. Click on 
System-Administration- Login Window. Select Security and there select 
your login to be automatic.

    Why you want so many Desktops is odd to me. I am happy with Gnome 
and one or two kubuntu applications.
