          I do not know how to set up SFTP.  I have a Dell Desktop running windows XP

Please let me know how to setup SFTP server on UBUNTU 8.04 LTS desktop edition. If this is not possible on UBUNTU 8.04 LTS desktop edition let me know on the server edition of Ubuntu 8.04
