Oops, didn't take a close look at the errors and thought you were trying 
to upgrade from Dapper to Edgy.

As you can see from the above, you're trying to get packages _for_ Edgy 
which is no longer available at us.achive.ubuntu.com. But as Ruben 
pointed out Edgy packages are available here:

You're going to have to edit your sources.list as appropriate.
