Sound recording problems in Hardy

Well this is a long story. I have an Intel motherboard with this soundcard:
this is aplay -l output

**** Lista de PLAYBACK Dispositivos Hardware ****
tarjeta 0: SB [HDA ATI SB], dispositivo 0: ALC861 Analog [ALC861 Analog]
  Subdispositivos: 1/1
  Subdispositivo #0: subdevice #0
tarjeta 0: SB [HDA ATI SB], dispositivo 1: ALC861 Digital [ALC861 Digital]
  Subdispositivos: 1/1
  Subdispositivo #0: subdevice #0

I had a lot of problems with Hardy. First, alsamixer didn't work, so I
had to compile alsa using module-assistant, and then it worked
flawless.
But the problem is I cannot record anything with the microphone or the
line in. Whenever I try to record with gnome-sound-recorder it
crashed. I tried a lot of options snd-hda-intel in
/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base

I once could record with Audacity, it went right but then I tried
creox with jackd and then it stoped working. Everything worked well
on Feisty Fawn

Please help me I really need this.

PD: Sorry for my English
