Triple Booting

I would think this can be done.

This is what I would do.

Partition the drive so that you have them setup the way you want.

Install XP to partition 2
Install Vista to Partition 1  It will take over with it's bootloader

Install ubuntu to partition 3, BUT dont' install Grub to the MBR...
install Grub to partition 3.

Then download EasyBCD and install into Vista... and modify the boot
menu.  Add in the ubuntu partition to the menu and tell it that it has
grub.  It's fairly obvious.

Then you should be able to use Vista bootloader... select Ubuntu and
it will boot part 3.

No guarantees, but i think this would work.

This is what i did for my dual boot to be able to use vista's loader
and encrypt ubuntu drive.
