That's pure bullshit. Maybe 100 MB. I had 256 MB and that was OK, but a
computer at work with 96 MB felt slow, too slow for my taste anyway. I have
heard that 32 is absolutely minimum for WIndows 98. I haven't tried that
myself, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is way too slow for most people.
