network sharing

Hi,

I have the following setup: My Ubuntu machine gets its internet 
connection by the first lan interface (that works). Now I have a second 
computer (windows) that should be connected to the Ubuntu machine by a 
second ethernet interface. How do I have to set up the second interface 
on the Ubuntu machine so that I can connect to the smb shares as well as 
to the internet? In other words the Ubuntu machine should be configured 
to route through the windows machine.
