two questions about mailman

Hello there,

I have a couple of questions concerning mailman.

1.  I am unable to access any of the web pages for Mailman.  How do I
correct this problem?

2.  I also get a message saying that the subscribe through email cannot go
to Mailman.  Here is the error message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at trueband.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

How do I remedy both of these situations.  I have Mailman going acrossed
several different domains.  I have it serving for: listspilotalk.dyndns.org,
Pilotalk.dyndns.org, blindscanner.dyndns.org.
