It's not obvious at all from the program site, but to get the gui you
simply run:

autopanog

autopano is for the command line.

This gave me an idea. We can use CLI programs without G and GUI end in G (i.e this also could be used with Grub for graphically install and configure it, for newbies). In any case, a Ncurses interface would be usufull, and It could be used with Gnu for Windows.
