I don't reboot regularly and I don't run out of tmp space. I just give it
1GB. I guess you're right though that Gutsy didn't put /tmp on a tmpfs, but
I'm absolutely certain that an earlier version did - because it was causing
problems with an app I had that took a fair bit of investigation to track
down.
