Glipper problems?

Is anyone else having any issues with Glipper in Hardy?
I upgraded via the net first and had this issue and then I did a clean
install and am still having this issue.
When I log into Ubuntu as the desktop is coming up I get an error box with
this message:

The panel encountered a problem while loading "OAFIID:Glipper".

Do you want to delete the applet from your configuration?

Then I'm offered a "Delete" or "Don't delete"
