The Ubuntu desktop installer is far better than the Debian installer.
On my Dell Inspiron laptop (bought before Dell sold them with Ubuntu),
only in Ubuntu do I get 1680x1050 resolution, working ACPI, working
card reader, and working hardware multimedia control. I'm certain that
Debian _can_ be configured for such, but I don't bother.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
