New install. Installer hangs cold at initramfs prompt.

Hi, the "install inside of Windows" feature is to do with Wubi, which allows
you to install Ubuntu in Windows. This is how I installed Ubuntu. I'll try
the live CD when I have time as I've got to make my own CD first.
