I was really planning to avoid the political end of this, but...

When the economy is in the dumps, the very, very, best thing you can do is
ensure that your coming generation is getting the absolutely best possible
education.

And if your economy is too squeezed to support the education system,
consider what $1,000,000,000,000 spent on war in Iraq could have done...
