Lowering phone expense, Which VOIP do people on the forum use?

I use a two channel SIP adapter connected to the CDX (PABX) in the one 
end and the Internet and wx3.se in the other end. It doesn't cost 
anything for people to call me and rates are very good for both local 
and long distance calls.
I also have Skype installed on one of seven computers and will activate 
it on request.
I love SIP and is a bit more reserved when it comes to Skype.
