Lots of Unnecessary fonts

Hello,

In the editor, I often want to change fonts using the "Preference" menu. I
find that

(1) There are too less good quality fonts ? Where can I find good more
quality fonts.

(2)  There are many fonts which I am sure that I may never use, so can I
delete them ?
       How it is done ?
