USB mount issue

[V M]

Hi,

as complete beginner to Linux and with hard burden of Windows I am not able to resolve the issue regarding mounting USB drive. Attached are images of the messages I am getting. I am not comfortable with commands on the terminal and could not get too much help from the forums on the issue. I would appreciate some guidance. 

Attached is also screen shot of the termial about status of drives, though I am not usre that proper info is contained overthere.
