cabextract - a program to extract Microsoft Cabinet files
msttcorefonts - Installer for Microsoft TrueType core fonts

So then you would simply:
sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts

Or if you prefer to use the GUI, simply hunt down "msttcorefonts" and  
click away :)
