how to samba share folder

Hi,
We are all using xubuntu and windows XP in here, in office.
I would like people using xubuntu to share their Music folder so that 
people on the LAN could listen to the musacal taste of every one.

What have people to install on xubuntu in order to share the Music folder 
(or a folder of their choice)?

It might be a GNOME app, it's not a problem (we're already using evince, 
pidgin,...). But we dont want to use the whole GNOME, too much heavy.

Any advice is welcome. Thank you.
