The PST file format is proprietary (see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.pst for details).  Because of that,
evolution won't have support for reading/writing a .pst file.

There is a tool, readpst, which is available in the universe repository
for intrepid, which will read pst files, and convert them to (among
other formats) an mbox file that can be imported into evolution.  There
doesn't appear to be a utility to convert the other way.
