My other laptop has vista on it, and my wife hammering away. It would take
a bit of time for me to figure out how to SSH. The process that hangs is
whatever I am working on. Most of the time I have FF open, and often
another application but it does not seem to matter which one. Usually it
happens when there are two applications running. This Intrepid is an
upgrade from Hardy. I have installed, uninstalled programs and several
updates, but I have no log of what I have done. I also notice that the fan
is always running when the screen dims. But it's running now too and I am
having no problems. I tried to install xsensor to check on cpu temperature
but XSensor is not displaying anything at all, not yet anyway.
