when shutdown or restart ,the motherboard have a short beep

sorry ,no camera here,so i can't record.

while system beep,ubuntu is still running. the time beep is just short
time after shutdown or reboot button clicked, may be just exit X and
certainly before the shutdown-Progress-bar show up.
