Dial-up connections

Hi all,

There used to be a thing in System > Administration > Networking, where you
could set up a dial-up connection, PLEASE BRING THIS BACK, I find it a bit
sad that Ubuntu, of all the Operating Systems out there, is the only one not
natively support dial-up.
