Sure, as long as it generates something X can recognize you can do what you
want with it - I've just always seen it mapped as ISO_Level3_Shift on my
various machines.

I'm afraid you've exhausted my knowledge of keyboard layouts :-(  I did say
I _think_ you're out of luck.  Perhaps not...
