looking for netatalk install procedure

Looks like a normally installed file to me.

It's not completing the install because starting the service is part
of the install script.
Starting the service is failing

Is there a log file relating to atalk?  That might give us more to work on.
If I get a chance I'll install it on a box here and see what I get.
