Why have you started a second thread on this. You have already asked  
this question...

Why is it strange ? APT knows what packages are on the original CD,  
and if at some point you ask for one of them to be installed, or an  
update indirectly requires one, then the system asks for the CD so it  
can use that instead of downloading it from the net.

In your first thread you have already been told how to turn this off,  
if you want want this feature....
