When you post, the mail you get back from the list looks like:
From: Thomas Kaiser <ubuntu at kaiser-linux.li>
Sender: ubuntu-users-bounces at lists.ubuntu.com
Reply-To: "Ubuntu user technical support"
To: "Ubuntu user technical support"

So, the vacation message gets sent to the "From: "
