Thunderbird e-mail problem

Well, in that case, you'll be happy to know that Thunderbird uses a
(wait for it) standard mbox file for it's e-mail.  Just copy the file
you want into the mail folder, (and delete any existing index file with
the same name, if applicable), and voila, instant import.
