KAddressBook: How to change display language under GNOME (Ubuntu 9.04)

I reran the System|Administration|Language Support, it didn't prompt me
for anything, and Greek (Modern) is installed, and in an account is the
preselected language.


It looks like KDE applications don't look at GNOME language
configuration but probably some other file.


Any idea which is this KDE language configuration file?
