Flickering youtube video

It seems that some embedded youtube videos play fin in Ubuntu. Maybe it has something to do with the way the video was created.

I've got embedded youtube video on a blog. It plays fin under windows. It doesn't play fin in Ubuntu 9.10. I can watch the same video on youtube with out any problems. Is there a reason for this? Is there a fix?
