Whether the issue is isolated or not has no bearing on its severity.

It should not be the case that a problem affecting only one person is 
dismissed because it's not serious until several other people claim to 
have had it, too.

The more widespread a problem, the greater the chance that it's already 
been documented, and therefore the lower the chance that it makes it 
onto this list.
