Have you check your BIOS that states there are 8GB installed on your
motherboard?
Could you specify your motherboard model and brand?
As Rashkae stated video might account up to 1GB at top in certain cases but
not 5GBs, so maybe you are running memory modules that aren't supported in
your mainboard config or perhaps faulty ones.
