Yes, but it's a PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~openoffice-pkgs/+archive
http://ppa.launchpad.net/openoffice-pkgs/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openoffice.org/?C=S;O=D

and I'd recommend that unless you plan to use it to help debug OOo 3.x
for Ubuntu stick with 2.4.1 as it will overwrite your Ubuntu 2.4.1. Or
install the standard OOo 3.x from openoffice.org and keep your Ubuntu
2.4.1 - they will run in parallel with no issues.
