Hum, that worked.  Took me forever to change default ubuntu icon on 
application menu:(

Now, when I save my theme under System/Preferences/Appearance menu, the 
icons, fonts, and images are not saved under my theme folder like the 
other.  I have to copy them over to my theme name, I guess.  Thanks

post the new NWS theme on my blog when finished.
