Error Installing Ubuntu : Segmentation Fault

I would also like to note that memtest86 has yet to find any bad memory 
for me.   Confirmed bad memory and still memtest does not show it.  Then 
I find out if you have more than one stick, you have to remove and test 
one at a time.
