If 'ht' is the package you are looking for:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/ht
then you need to enable the Universe repository. See:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu
for instructions on how to dow this.

Please start a *new* thread for the wireless issue (with a relevent
subject) so that it doesn't end up mixed in with this one. If you've
already done that with and '(unknown' subject, please repost w/subject.
An '(unknown)' subject is likely to be ignored or filtered. Thanks.
