	This looks like another HD error AFTER you ran fsck which means your
hard drive is still going bad fast.

	Sorry but it sounds like at least one and maybe two serious hardware
failures on your computer. I would replace the hard drive first and
reload and then check for a RAM problem.

	Is it possible that lightning hit your computer?
