what's the minimum size of the ubuntu 810 installation CD?

Dear All,

   This is my first time to ask questions to you, i want correct answers sincerely.

My question is the minimum size of the installation CD (especailly 8.1.0 version)?

I met a problem that my USB disk is about 1GB, it's lovely, small and convient.

And i want to install ubuntu live cd on it, so i can use my own computer enviroment 

anywhere and anytime.
