I have my email client set to warn me if the subject line is blank. I 
wouldn't send a message to anyone without a subject. Especially here 
where there are so many messages people see the problem in the message 
line. If they know anything about the problem they will respond.

If there isn't a subject in the subject line they don't want to waste 
their time. It gets skipped.
