Why is Synaptic version of Subversion not upgradeable?... and a question on forum mail handling

It was good info, I depend greatly on a software package called BibleTime and
so added the PPA for it to my thirdparty repositories. Works GREAT here to
keep this one package up to date! I currently run 8.04 Kubuntu and my
BibleTime is ver. 2.1

Easiest way is to just highlight the section you wish to respond to and
hit "reply" in K-mail. BTW- I have my gmail account set up to be able to
auto download and upload to the gmail account using my mailer of choice,
which like mentioned, is K-mail!
