OEM LAptop Recovery to SD Card

I did contact them. They said I'd have to send the laptop to them to be
re-formated - something I could do myself with the DVD supplied.
I am looking for a way to use this DVD to install the system - to an SD card
without touching the internal SATA Hard Disk...
